New Installations
Retrofits on existing buildings, or new construction.
We use industry standards and knowledge of your building's insulation, window locations and all relevant structural & environmental factors to recommend units that are ideal for both Arizona temperatures and your budget.
We prefer to educate our clients on their options - so we'll discuss the layout and heating/cooling needs with you, then make recommendations.
And, of course, we provide you with a detailed estimate, giving you the information you need to make the best decision.
Ductwork Layout & Design
Increasing office space or new construction.
From small room additions to your home or increased office space, we'll determine the size of your existing a/c equipment and duct system. From there we'll layout and design what changes or additions will need to be done to maintain the comfort you are looking for.

Unit Replacements
From a 1.5 ton residential unit to 40-50 ton commercial systems, our installation team will remove your old equipment small or large, they'll retrofit the new equipment with the necessary ductwork for your home or business needs.
Maintenance
We recommend having a maintenance check twice a year, in early Spring and Autumn.
- Thorough inspection of safety circuits, compressor and motor amp draws.
- Tighten all electrical connections.
- Thermostat calibration. Check coils, temperatures and pressures.
